What does packs-an cost?
Posting, taking jobs and messaging are free during the pilot. You pay the helper directly for the job.
How does ID verification work?
You enter your name, address, phone and email and upload a photo of your ID card, passport, residence permit or driving licence. It's stored privately and never shown to other users. Your profile gets the ID verified badge.
Can I look around without verifying?
Yes. Everyone can browse jobs and profiles, and you can save a job as a draft. To publish it, take a job or send messages, you verify your ID once.
How do I pay the helper?
Directly, when the job is done: cash, PayPal or bank transfer, as you agree in the chat. packs-an doesn't handle payments.
What's a counter-offer?
If the price doesn't fit, a helper can offer another one. The poster decides which offer to accept.
When is a job done?
When the helper adds photos and a short description. The job then shows as done on both profiles and you can review each other.
Who sees my address?
Nobody. Jobs only show the neighbourhood. Share the exact address in messages with the helper you picked.
